When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery slip, please inspect the box of your product for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the box tape has been opened for any reason, please return the box to the courier requesting a damage report without signing any delivery documents. Once you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. If products with damaged boxes or alleged missing contents are accepted, we accept no liability for damage to or loss of the items inside. Please report this situation as soon as possible in writing to [email protected] or verbally to +90 552 555 41 41, along with your contract/order number.
